Brad and Kim Waybright
14.78 acres in Mt. Joy Township
Brad and Kim Waybright joined Jim and Shirley in permanently
protecting their 15-acre property along Mason Dixon Road. Their
easement adjoins the original family farmstead and represents the next
step in a larger family commitment to preserve more than 80 acres
together.
The preserved land sits north of Mason Dixon Road, nearly a half mile
west of Taneytown Road, with broad views of the South Mountain
ridgeline. It also borders the expanding Links at Gettysburg golf course
community, development pressure that helped clarify the family’s
priorities. When preservation was first discussed, consensus came
